3.3 *No-Show Policy*

– Failure to show up for a booked service without prior notice results in no refund.

4. Changes in Bookings

4.1 *Changes by Customer*
– Modification requests (e.g., dates, activities, or group size) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
– Changes within 15 days of departure may be treated as cancellations, with applicable charges.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

– Non-Indian citizens are responsible for valid visas and travel permits.
– We are not liable for service denial due to invalid or missing documentation.

6. Health and Safety

– Customers must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or special needs (e.g., mobility issues) at booking to ensure suitability for activities like water sports or trekking.

– Customers must comply with local laws, including restrictions on alcohol consumption in public spaces or beach littering.

7. Liability
